Yorkies coats grow at different rates. I dont think there is any exact age that it should get floor length. I think with wrapping and special care I have read at 2 yrs the dog should be in full adult coat. I cannot remember where I read it so I am not vouching for the source.Maybe some of the breeders here can help. Good luck!
