I would move her crate to where she can see you. The first few weeks are hard and I know with Callie I got very little sleep. The best thing to do though is if you have taken her potty then just let her cry and she will eventually stop but if you talk to her and take her out she is going to learn that whining will get her taken out. If she wakes up and starts crying take her potty and then put her back. She misses her litter mates and mommy so don't lock her in a room all alone.
