Tatiana still seems to enjoy the walk when it's drizzling. Also, we receive all kinds of funny reactions from people when we're out (I have a matching raincoat with my small yorkie). We're a spectacle. |
I'm not sure why you think you would get criticised for that! Dogs are animals that can cope with some rain! I plan on taking Ellington out in the rain (he also has a little waterproof jacket. I don't have an inside toilet option, so outside it is!
