I may get criticism for this, but I still walk Tatiana outdoors when it's rainy season. I wait until there is a mild drizzle, and I suit her up in her raincoat (yes, Tatiana has a raincoat. It matches mine!
). Of course, I put on my raincoat. Then we head out!
Tatiana still seems to enjoy the walk when it's drizzling. Also, we receive all kinds of funny reactions from people when we're out (I have a matching raincoat with my small yorkie). We're a spectacle.
