We recently had a situation where a number of dead pets were dumped, in trash bags, at the side of a highway. Have not heard more on the story but the media posted pictures of the animals and as gory as they were at least the owners came forward. Apparently the pets were euthanized and they were able to pinpoint it back to the facility.
