A cardinal rule in taking care of a yorkie when vomiting is to withdraw all food and water for 6 to 12 hours. The vomiting starts a spastic reaction of the muscles in the stomach and if more food or water is put into the stomach too soon it triggers another spasm and will vomit again.

After this long he must be dehydrated and I would get him to the vet immediately.
