Wow! Here we are at 5 weeks now and the pups are progressing nicely. Last Monday they ALL proved to me that they did not want to stay in their box any longer as I found them all out of it more than once, so out went the box and in came a nice soft doggie bed and potty pads (which they are using quite nicely I might add). Their baby teeth are starting to come in as well and though mom is still willingly nursing them, I have also introduced them to some puppy gruel as well. I've even seen them checking out the kibble in her bowl....licking the flavor off of it more than anything else. I buzzed some of the hair off of the top of their ears and they are now getting some free time run out of their pen in the puppy room. Oh what fun they are to watch!!!
