My girls like daddy to feed them in the morning and to take them out for last call at night. I'm home alone with them during the day, so they don't have much choice!
Neither one of them are lap sitters. They just get too hot. Jilly likes to be with me -- she doesn't like to let me out of her sight. Scooter comes out for food or if someone comes to the door.
Scooter is a closet dog. Her best friend was a Yorkie we had when we got her. Her name was Roxy. Rox was stung by a bee and died. We were all distraught, but Scooter really never got over the loss. I try to be extra loving to her when she comes out of the closet, usually for food or treats. I'm very sad for her, and I really don't know what to do to make her happy. I thought Jilly would be a friend for her, but they HATE each other! |
