Assuming her toenails on the back feet are nice & short & not touching the ground when she walks - correct? Can you confine her to just pavement or grass walking for a week each to try to identify if she has the same problems on either surface? Also, have her fat pads on the back paws checked by the vet to be sure there is adequate fatty tissue under the surface since if there is not, that can hurt from the bone rubbing against the surface too hard.
