I took Chelsea early morning for her surgery, picked her up at 4pm, and she was fine. A little groggy, didnt care for food or water, just slept in her crate.
Next morning, early, the ball of energy was back...eating, walking, and running, I just watched her thru the day, she mostly wanted to be near me, if I left the room, I placed her in her crate, so she would not jump on any furniture.
Try not to worry, your pup will be fine.
