Yes I just measured around his waist. They help save carpet and furniture. I choose golf theme and cowboy them. We also got some cute ones in the ge we where in. I used a sanitary napkin. Just the generic thinner pad from Walmart worked great. You do still need to let him out several times a day. Riley some days would need to have it changed several times. And the next day not at all. I did breed him three times so blame myself for some of it. He is doing much better now. I have not put one on in a long while. He is also one that would rather use a pee pad then go outside.
