This hypo issue in an adult bigger yorkie is interesting. I would still think there is an underlying problem. But if you think your vet has done everything possible to figure it out, then a good step might be talking o a veterinary nutritionist about foods that help keep glucose stable. They might have suggestions. If this happens during the night while everyody is sleeping it would be really dangerous. So i'd keep looking for an answer.
