We taped my sis-in-laws puppy at 9 weeks (yes I know she got him too young, and yes I told her so lol) after 3 days her little ears are now standing on their own. I helped her and all we did was shave her ears, cut two pieces of medical tape for each ear. put one on the inside of the ear and one out and it worked great. With Laddy we did his the old fashioned way and he hated it lol. Good luck with your new baby
