When we got our first Yorkie I was so uninformed. I had no idea what size a yorkie was suppose to be. (Had just gotten a computer and barely knew how to use it). He ended up being 4.5 lbs, so when my dh picked out Kyra for us he asked for one that the breeder thought would stay around that size. Not because we wouldn't of loved a yorkie at any size but because we felt Laddy needed a playmate close in his size. I totally disagree with breeders that breed for tiny's but it does seem like there is a runt in most litters that needs special love too. |
