I'd be concerned too. That's very early for ball joints & struts to go, which suggests either poor quality parts, or rough riding & poor maintenance. Having those replaced it would require wheel alignment.
Transmission & power steering lines already needing work scares me too.
Only thing that makes sense for age/mileage from that list is brake pads.
