Even better than chick peas are pinto beans. My 7 year old has allergies and my vet suggested putting him on a 6 month diet of pinto beans and pumpkin. She said it would be the perfect food to determine if he had food allergies. I did not do it but tried the pinto beans. He loved them. He also loves chick peaas. |
