If I was buying from out of state I would travel myself to pick up the puppy and travel back with her- Not ship. IMO- If you don't have a few hundred dollars or it is too time consuming to hand pick up you puppy than you really should not be getting it. Pets especially dogs are inconveniences that you will have for the next 10-15 years on average. That is just me.
