I'm sure it's just that he's teething. They do tend to flop down during the teething stage. I wouldn't worry about it right now. Maybe if they are still down by the time he's three months old, you could shave front and back of the ears and tape them. If you don't know how to tape them to make them stand "together" then let me know. Just don't rub or play with his ears now.
