Maybe you could post signs everywhere and put an ad in the paper that your starting a doggie play-date for "tiny" dogs. Make sure they bring proof of shots too. Have it every week or every two weeks or even once a month. They are so much fun. Maybe the other moms would even take turns with you. Serve tea and crumpets for the adults and home made dog bones for the fur kids.
