I agree take him to any store you can get in with him, Rural King, Farm stores, i also took mine to our local 4-H they were having obedience class's, i worked a short distance away from those dogs on lead training, but i wanted my dog to become use to the noise and other dogs and people in the room. I also asked other adults and kids to pet him, with me holding him, i just explained to them what i was doing, and most everyone was happy to be able to pet him, just explain to be gentle and not scare your baby
