Ahis_Mama- It is a Nesco- Dehydrator and Jerky maker.

Carmen- Get motivated. Your guys will love it. It was so easy- Cut the chicken into 1/4 strips, place on trays, turn to highest setting, and go.

Just took 1st attempt at homemade chicken jerky strips was a success- All the fur babies took turns going into the kitchen and crying at the counter it was on. Made with 100% human grade chicken breast.

I got a late start because I had to doing errand and then take Buddy to training. I would have been done sooner but I kept opening to check on it.

I may not cook but I can now proudly say I make dog safe chicken jerky strips. They taste pretty. Yes I ate some too purely for quality control purposes. The jerky looked so good I had to taste it.

I put in the fridge to keep them from spoiling and am also afraid the cats and dogs will countersurf to get them.
