My Taycie has a very sensitive GI system and I have been the rounds with upset stomachs and vomiting.

Personally, at this point he needs a vet. He probably needs Fluids and medication. They also can give a shot for the nausea. This helps tons!

I didn't see you mentioning meds at all. As far as diet, bread seems rather strange to me. I would feed chicken and rice and maybe pumpkin. Too many different things can make it worse. I say less is better with stomach issues.

If it were me, I would go to the vet. These guys dehydrate sooooo fast. Taycie ALWAYS ends up on fluids, sometimes only after vomiting twice.
