you can still be exposed to the uv light so i am assuming her child is in the room with her and if shes not putting those uv protector glasses on her daugther well thats a problem. and if you have to bring your child you shouldnt be going and nor does she needs to tan anymore she looks like dirty leather. gross. and that poor child. she obviously does not put her childs well being first.
