Yes, I probably wouldn't be trimming him myself anyway, I haven't a clue how to cut my own hair never mind my little baby's! I might just take him back to the groomers regularly and ask her to trim his bum!

If only they could wipe their own bums, ha! xx
When my Uni was a pup she got poop stuck in her butt ALL THE TIME! Didn't know why, but she got frequent butt washes and she hated them. Now when she gets it stuck it's bc she swallowed a hair and the hair didn't come all the way out but she has no more poop. This is particularly a big problem for us bc out of the 4 that live in our household, 3 of us have long hair. I would imagine Ahi's Mom may have the same thing going on. Now if this were to happen, do NOT pull the hair out. Just cut it and let it come out on the next BM. The last thing you want to do is pull it, that thin little hair could be very strong and if you pull it can cut their intestines or anus. Same if they happen to swallow yarn or dental floss.
