Yes, 3.5 was too big for Uni and Scraps is even smaller than Smokey was. I put on one of Smokey's shirts that I forgot to send with him and he was swimming in it! I think a 3 would still be on the big side for him. Uni fits a 3 perfectly. I don't know what I was thinking.
