My cousins maltese ALWAYS does this with me. He loves me to death..and always piddles out of excitement when he sees me. My cousin says that he only does this with me. So I had to teach myself to ignore him until he calms down. Then I will pet him. It's so hard to do since he is so stinkin' cute! lol
