Oooh very interesting. Ellington (who I got yesterday) visited the vet yesterday and she mentioned his ears. His ears are like your yorkie's, although slightly more hairy I think.
The vet said they were a sign that he had had some severe allergic reactions in the past, but it was common.
She didn't mention trying to remove them, or heal them......but now you've called them leather ears, that's exactly what they are! |
