Thanks all for your responses! Cardiologist just called and cleared for surgery, still a slight murmur and narrowing of aorta. Vet and cardiologist said to proceed with spay. Animals and people have surgery every day with worse conditions and not to worry! 3 baby teeth have been retained and will be removed. Dew Claws are not a huge problem so will be kept intact. Miss Mia is a long, tall and skinny but a whopping 6.8 lbs.!!! We will be joining the teapot club soon!!!
I still worry! Will check back in this afternoon after vet calls.
