most dogs will eat anything smelly laying on the ground. We live on a lake and have lot of racoons and geese, not only will they eat it they roll around in it. If I am gardening I put Lola near me on a tie out, but if I am going to be by the lake, I do a good sweep looking for geese poop to get rid of. Even after that she will still find the one piece I missed
At times she must think her name is DON'T EAT THAT
Not sure how you people with cats manage, when we had a cat it was a constant battle to keep my last yorkie from pulling the poop out of the litter box
