I've learned over the last 2 months that portions are key. A 10 oz steak is 3x the amount of meat in a serving. And everything has sodium in it-processed foods, canned foods, etc. I cut back my calories and my sodium and do 3 cardio classes a week and I've lost almost 25 pounds since March 8th. |
Wow that is awesome! Great job! I lost 2 lbs so far in a week and a half with no extra exercise, just controlling portions, planning meal time a nd no more fast food.
I do get minimal physical activity at work, working on bikes, everytime I pump up tires or lift one off the rack I hold in my abs (or what are supposed to be abs LOL) and I do feel some soreness there now. My core is very weak,, sad to say. And I do try to take my bike for errands when I can.
