I have suspected that she has yeast as it is common with dogs who suffer from allergies. I would start with a food switch to something grain free & maybe something with whitefish & ask your vet about diet for her. I am betting you will see a huge diff in her itching after you bath her with the Ketochlor shampoo. Yeast can be in her eyes , ears, nose, mouth & YES in her PP. When I took my Gracie out of the shelter she had green oozing stuff coming outta her little PP & her eyes that had burned the hair off her face & it was yeast. Yeast can be green, brownish yellow or white or no color at all. The problem is that it is also internal & the shampoo will only kill what's on the outside for a little while but at least it will make her much more comfortable. Also it's best to shampoo her with a good shampoo before you use the Ketochlor as it's not really for cleaning but mostly for killing the yeast. The problem will continue till you find out what she is allergic to & remove it from her diet or surroundings.
Probiotics can also help.
