Thanks for the suggestions. I just took my mom's sewing machne from her (she doesn't use it anymore) but I have no clue how to use it. I'm going to try and take a sweing class with some friends. I just want them to feel comfortable and secure in their crate. We have a larger one for when they get bigger because we originally planned on keeping them in 2 crates, but after talking to quite a few people we've decided to use one unless they act liek they need their own space. I'm going to try and go to petsmart next weekend since we don't have one close to home and try to fit it on the crate if they'll let me.
