Okay this is going to sound dumb but please don't take it personal...do you know what puppy breath smells like? if your answer is yes and his breath has changed since he was younger then you might want to have your vet look to make sure there is not an infected tooth. Sorry to say some Yorkies have problems with teeth at a very young age.
