You all are so funny! My baskets don't have an "official" name, but here everyone does call them Cha Cha Baskets. I consider myself crafty, but not artsy (because I can't draw either, LOL) and I can't even sew a straight line.
There are tons of talented people here on YT and it shows up in many different forms.
