Yes, I have heard about how cinnaomon regulates the blood sugar and I've been taking only 1 capsule for 4 months maybe I should up it to two?

I was told in my 20's that I would get diabetes if I ever got overweight, and that news helped me watch my diet. The problem was in my 50's even watching my diet and exercising, I began to gain. I'm sure there's another component to the whole thing, and my doctor was saying something about if your body is making too much insulin, you will hold on to every pound, and I believe that’s what’s happening. So if I lose any weight at all, I’ll be thrilled!
