A whole cup of food per day sounds like a lot to me.
That could be what is bothering his tummy.
Has he always eaten this amount?

He weighs 5 lbs and is a yorkie. I fill the cup full and some days he eats it all (over the hole day) and sometimes there is a bit left but it hasnt changed but i am going to cut him back
