I just spoke with his owner. She has been feeding him around the clock (she was not before) and he is doing so much better. She said he was playing last night.
I have gone over all of her options and she is going to think about them and speak with her husband and get back to me.
I explained that if he has a shunt, it is fixable. Not sure that is something she can tackle, but she did not say no.
So...we shall see. At least I know he is ok right now.
