I have one and love it especially at pet expos where there a lot of people walking around and Callie will get nervous and begs me to pick her up the whole time and 16 pounds is not light to be carrying around for a few hours plus she could get stepped on. That's really the only time I use it. Except when we go out of town sometimes I use it to carry all her stuff I have to take into my familys home or from the car to the hotel room because its her bag, pop up playpen, my bag, and my purse. She loves her stroller like crazy and tries to jump in it when I first pop it up. It also works great to put my moms rescue Sammy in who is the same size but is still some scared of other dogs right now.
