I just joined a few days ago. My Caesar will be 6 mo. old April 15 (yeah tax day). I live in Virginia as well. Love to hear about him when you get him.
I got to see Caesar when he was almost 8 weeks old but didn't get touch him or anything. Then we broght him home when he was about 10 1/2 weeks old. When we got there she had another puppy there playing with Caesar and told us if we liked him better we could have him but Caesar came to me and it was love at first site. She started calling him Caesar for us at 8 weeks. We had to wear socks around the house for a few hours (dirty sock yuck). and then mail one of each (one of mine and one of my husbands) a few weeks before we picked him up. She put them in his bed. That was the greatest things. I thought it was crazy until he came right to me that day.
Absolute love every since then.
You will love this site. I joined 2 days ago and I already feel at home.
