I can honestly tell you that all of the 7 I have adopted, I never saw them until I brought them home. I have been very lucky with the ones I have adopted, and that is because of the Foster Mom's that did such a wonderful job with them.

Let me just add to this. 99% of the time the adopter does the dog during a Home Visit, and they located in the same area or with in a 3 hour drive. We do have a few that apply from out the stae the dog is located in.
After and the checks are done and extensive interviews by phone and extensive interview by the person doing the Home Check and if they pass all of those requirements and they are approved then the adopter either drives or flys in to pick up the dog. This doesn't happen very often. As most people that apply are in the area the dog is located in.
