You need to speak to your vet indepth about the possibility of breeding this girl again, I know how emotional it is to lose pups but Bonnie's health is primary. Without having an autopsy there is no way to know if this was genetic disaster or accidental. If you "follow your heart",please get both Bonnie and Clyde thoroughly checked and tested. I think at this point talking to an experienced mentor/breeder would be wise. I'd hate to see Bonnie go through anymore pain, physically or emotionally; not to mention your pain. I'm so sorry this happened to you and your girl.

Right now I would just take a few days to spend time together and take good care of eachother...then decide what is best.
