We do bloodwork and heartworm test (even though we give heartworm preventative year round) every year, and at 3 and 6 years it's that plus serum chemistry profile, urinalysis with sedimentation, and cbc with differential. There is more that the vet recommends at 7 years and every year after that, but I'd have to look up the paperwork. I've never done a bile acid test though.
