ok, first of all, welcome to yorkie talk! Second of all, you have to figure that you are living in your parents house. You have to respect the fact that they do not want any more pets. Which would be understandable, since there are five already. And the grandmother that owns the dog needs to take responcibility of it. If for some reason that she doesn't want it, she needs to give it to a loving family, or take it to a "no kill" shelter. From what you are saying, it sounds to me like they are trying to pawn the dog off on you. Your parents have given you a place to stay until you are able to get on your feet and get a house. It would only be respectful to tell the grandmother no. If they don't understand your reasoning, then they just want to get rid of the dog anyway. I hope that this was a little bit helpful, I hope that they are able to find the dog a loving home.
