We groom at home. Its a learning process for us. Our boys still look handsome, but definitely no perfect(like they would like). I figure we will get better in time. |
I wasn't excusing the groomers who allegedly did this, I'm just saying I place blame on the pet owners as well, and I'm not sure if I believe everything they are saying. Anyone can start a lawsuit; it doesn't mean it's true. Also, if you allow your pet to get severely matted, make special arrangements and expect to pay more. Personally, I would not leave my dog at one of these big box groomers, where there's a different groomer every day.
