Yes, it is a very hard decision to hand out our hard work with careful breeding and years of trying to build the best in the breed. I personally think that with careful process of selection you can find responsible people to share our experiences with. Yes, from time to time we may make a poor selection in this process, I just don't feel others should be penalized due to one bad apple. Selection process is up to us. Should you give breeding rights to everyone, Heck NO!!! Not, all people are committed to what is involved in what it takes. The lord has blessed me and with that my blessings are no good if I don't pass the blessings on...
