Joan !! Me too on dropping a pill - that's an awful feeling cause you just know it's there and the of COURSE the yorkie will be the one to find it ...
one time - I dropped a hormone pill and literally scopped up all 3 of my dogs in one swoop and put them outside while I looked - it was right on the table in front of my nose - but you should have seen the expressions of the girls looking in at me - like "WHAT IS HER PROBLEM...and why are we LOCKED OUT" ?
The drop it command is great to know but the whole point is NOT TO HAVE ANY OF THIS STUFF OUT - a Pill is very hard for a dog to drop - they stick to the inside of their mouths and will disolve by the time you can get it out.
