I agree with Donna...that's a nice way of saying, thanks but no thanks.

Let alone being afraid of Zhoie getting away, I've read some horrible stories where neighborhood or stray dogs not on a leash come from out of no where...and attack your dog before you even know it. That's my biggest fear in walking.
