Can't belive I didn't bring this up in my previous post
There is a yorkie which lives across the road from my mum and she got hold of her owners medication after she had an operaton, I'm not sure how many she ate but she was very very sick. She was at the vets for 2 weeks and had to have a blood transfusion. Milly (the yorkie) also couldn't walk for many months afterwards for some reason. Luckily she suvived, but the lady didn't have pet insurance and the bill was £2,000.
I'm sure she learnt her lesson
