I used to tell them at our IEP meetings, do what I want and I will be the nicest person ever. But mess with my child and I will turn into a momma lioness trying to protect her cubs. Thank you. I know we will have many tears of joy for all that he has overcome and all he has become when he graduates. We have had wonderful, loving and caring members of our team along the way (from principals to assistants and techs). In fact my son's sped prek teacher became a good family friend (she taught him 9 years ago ).

A heartfelt thank you to all of you who work with special needs children from and with your hearts, with compassion and understanding. The experiences our children have with you ripple far beyond the their time spent in your care.
