This sounds different than the usual humping, if she wants you to rub her private area, I'm guessing she has an infection of some type. Humping is a sign of dominance, and while it doesn't bother me if they are dominant with a stuffed toy, they say you should never allow them to hump a human, a stern no and pushing them away is all you need. Because you say she wants you to rub her little bits, I think you should take her for vet check to see if she has an infection.
